New Program Coming Soon!

Over the years, many of you have asked for programming specifically focused on parenting support, and we are excited to share that we have teamed up with Jenna at Beautiful Bend Therapy to offer a new expert-led parenting program designed to support and empower families with young children.

This program provides practical parenting strategies, a deeper understanding of child development, and opportunities to strengthen family connections in a welcoming and supportive environment.

All parents and caregivers are welcome to attend. The program is open to parents with children aged 0–5 years.

Children attend alongside their parents.

Each session will include:

Time where parents and children participate together, and

Time where parents meet as a group while children are cared for by childminders in a safe, supervised setting. Childminding will be provided by trained AAFRC facilitators.

Registration is required to attend. As always, when registering, please include the names and ages of all children who will be attending, as this information is necessary for planning and childminding arrangements.
