Survey Feedback needed!

Thank you for supporting and participating in AAFRC programs throughout the year. We are asking all families to take a few minutes to complete our Participant Feedback Form.

As a thank you for your time, everyone who completes the feedback form will be entered into a prize draw! The draw will take place on June 29.

Your feedback is incredibly important. The information you provide helps us demonstrate the impact of our programs when applying for grants and funding opportunities. It also helps us better understand the needs of families in our community so we can plan future programming that is meaningful, accessible, and relevant.

Whether you attended one program or many, your voice matters. We want to hear what you enjoyed, what barriers you may have faced, and what types of programs you would like to see offered in the future.

If you are a community partner, service provider, educator, or supporter who has not directly participated in our programming, we would still welcome your feedback. Please feel free to reply directly to this email with any comments about your experience working with AAFRC, referrals you have made, collaborations we have shared, or the impact you have observed in the community.
