The Altona & Area Family Resource Centre will be hosting a celebration event - Whatever your Reason, Celebrate the Season! The event will take place on Friday, December 16 from 9:30am - noon at the Rhineland Pioneer Centre (227 10th Ave NW) in Altona. All children between the ages of newborn to 5 are welcome to attend, however they must bring an adult! No registration required. During the event, children can participate in a seasonal preschool learning fair and create crafts at the crafting tables. Regional Connections will have a table set up showcasing how holidays are celebrated in other countries. As well the South Central Regional Library- Altona Branch will be bringing readers in to share some winter stories. Santa will be mingling with the crowd and welcomes you to ask him to pose for selfies. And of course there will be snacks available.
